C. Brice Garriott, 93, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 3, 2014. Brice was born on December 23, 1920 in Falcon County, Montana to his parents, both whom precede him in death, Dexter and Christa (Young) Garriott. Brice, now retired, was a barber his whole life. A veteran of the United States Navy, Brice served from 1942 to 1945. He attended the John Herron Art Institute and enjoyed a lifetime love of writing poetry. He is survived by his son, Gary L. Garriott; daughter, Christa (Wayne) Claridge and grandchildren, Grant, Bryce and Jessica Claridge of Greenwood, IN. The visitation will be held on Saturday December 6, 2014 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am in Stevens Mortuary, 5520 W. 10th Street, Indpls, IN. Funeral services are graveside on Saturday December 6, 2014 at 3:00 pm in the Mt. Hebron Cemetery. 8802 E. Mt. Hebron Rd. Scottsburg, IN.
