I love you Harry. See you on the other side.
I always loved talking about the Lord with Brother Harry! He loved the Lord with all his heart.. also enjoyed sharing war stories with a fellow veteran! A very special person!
When I think of Harry, I think of the word: faithfulness. Harry was a faithful servant and loved tell of God's love! I remember sneaking into the "old folks" Sunday School class he taught for years. Harry never seem to mind me being there, though I was at least 30+ years younger than everybody else. Week after week he shared how God saved him and restored his life. He was proud, honored, and humbled by that. One phase that he said has stayed with me all these years, "Sin is sin. You do something the first time, you feel convicted. Then you do it a second time and you don't feel as bad as you did the first time. When you repeat the same sin over and over it doesn't feel wrong any longer. No matter how many times you commit a sin, it's still a sin". Such a great reminder always in the back of my head. I thank God for allowing Harry to be in my path and for speaking truth in me. His tears of humility and faithfulness will never be forgotten.
