Gestures
Bonnie, Julie and Family,
I know that you are already missing Tony. I will always remember him from my earliest childhood memories. He was always kind and funny. He bought me my first corsage on New Year's Eve when I was a young girl and he was my first escort when we all went out to dinner to celebrate the new year. Bonnie, this was before you were married I believe.. I was thrilled to be treated as a grown-up for the first time! Tony also wrote me wonderful letters when he was in the Army at Ft. Campbell. I was always excited to see the stationary come in the mail and to read about the new baby, (Julie) and Bonnie. I remember your wedding, Bonnie, and the reception at the Iron Skillet. You both looked so lovely that day and so happy. When we moved to Ohio in 1969 or so, it was not the same again, especially at Christmas on Christmas Eve when we spent so many of the Holidays with Toncka and Adolph, Tony and Steve, and their friends too. Randy and I were kids and had no control of the situation. Tony seems to have had so many interests as well as having been a great family man. I am so sorry that I never knew him later in his life with Bonnie. The last time I saw him was at my grandmother's (Olga) funeral in 2008. God Bless all of you at this time and I hope all your memories will sustain you. You and Tony are in my prayers.
