Condolences
Mr. Vernon was one of the very few teachers I had who I can say was instrumental in shaping my life and positively influencing me to be the best version of myself. There are many many stories I have of experiencing the joy I had in being a part of his class. He always challenged me to be extremely competitive when it came to anything. When I would beat the class in some sort of competition, I remember he'd always say "how you like them apples?" and pat me on the back. Always encouraged me to try harder everyday. And it would irritate him so much when we played silent speedball and he was able to knockout everyone in class except me haha. Mr vernon made class super fun and he was very good at his reflexes in sports or games - he didn't get enough credit for this hobby :) When I graduated high school I went to see him again. And I'm really glad I had that moment to talk to him about our competitions and memories together. RIP to one of the best teachers I've had.
Sadly I only knewTrace a short time. Always friendly. Always willing to help. He will be greatly missed.
Mr. Vernon was my science teacher when I was in the 5th grade. It was his class where I met my best friend who I ended up going to college with. It was his class where I really first fell in love with science, building myself up to be the engineer I am today. Mr. Vernon made learning so much fun! He was a bright spirit, eager to teach us every single school day. I will never forget his "lizard on the wall" impression, where he would literally run across half of the classroom and body slam-stuck onto the cabinets. Klenk Elementary was so so so lucky to have him. I was extremely lucky to have him as a teacher and mentor. He saw the potential in me before anyone else could, and for that I really do owe him. Rest in peace, Mr. Vernon. We are all blessed to have had you walk among us, and share your life and love. Condolences and prayers to his family and friends.
I worked with Tracy at Klenk. We never taught the same grade, but we had many chats after school and various times. I always was drawn to his warm and relaxed demeanor. He was a great man and will truly be missed.
I always love Tracy. He was a great guy. I felt bad he grew up in the orfinage
Tracy was a fun guy! We miss the get togethers when Linc would be here! Ben and I were both saddened to hear of his passing. Love and prayers to everyone! Pattie & Ben

Laura and family. I was so sad to read of Tracy’s passing. I was sooooo glad I got to visit with you both at the State theater, the night before our reunion. Sending you hugs and love
We loved Tracy so much! He had a great sense of humor, intelligence, and a kind and generous heart. We celebrated holidays and special occasions with Tracy and Laura, and Tracy and I had some intense ping pong matches! We also shared difficult times, which strengthened the friendship of our families. We will miss Tracy for the rest of our lives, but we will continue our friendship with him by being a good friend to Laura.
So sorry for your loss Laura and family. We are thinking of you and praying you will find a way to be at peace with the loss. You are a strong gal and will have the love of your family and friends to get you through. Love on those grand babies, that will get you through this very hard time. Love ya, Kim & Kent
