Ruby Corn, 97, of Indianapolis, passed away March 12, 2009. She worked as a teacher at Decatur Township schools, retiring after 39 years of service. Ruby was a 56 year member of Mt. Olive United Methodist Church, Post Worthy Matron in Eastern Star, Brideport Chapter #513, member of Ben Davis Homemakers, the Cheer Guild, and a honorary member of Lambda Chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa Sorority. She graduated from Indiana State Teachers College (ISU). Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Olive United Methodist Church in Indianapolis, IN or the Christian Children's Fund in Richmond, VA. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2009 at 2:00 pm at Stevens Mortuary. Visitation will be there from 1:00 pm until the time of service. Entombment will be at Floral Park Cemetery.
