Celebration of Life
Condolences
Hi my name it trinitee i was a girl in his class me and mr.hall had a bond like a big Brother, I've known him for since he got to our school. I met him at first grade. He used to be a ISS teacher I used to get in trouble all the time, but he made it better. I played basketball for 5th grade and sixth grade year but six grade year he made me Captain. He really saw something in me. The day he passed, we had two tournament games. We won them for him, but we didn't know He wasn't going to be here with us to celebrate.
Mr Hall was a pleasure to be around, he left an indelible mark on my daughter and I will cherish the memories I have of him.He was able to motivate my daughter and many more children that they could do what they set their mind to...God be with his family and grant us all strength in these times.
I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Hall at my daughter's school. He was always smiling and ready to help. Mr. Hall was over a program my daughter was in and she was so excited to tell me about what she was learning from him in basketball club. I remember when I signed my child up for basketball I came to the school to pick her up from Ays, Mr. Hall heard me ask faculty in Ays about the basketball club and he introduced himself to me and told me he was the girls basketball coach and was going to also be over the basketball club. He told me he was going to teach her everything she needed to know about basketball and next year she would be able to join the team. Everytime I picked her up from Ays Mr. Hall had a great big smile. He was a very nice, kind person and the children loved him. My daughter loved Mr. Hall. He was truly rare, and will be greatly missed by a lot of people. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. He will be truly missed. He was an angel in disguise. Mr. Hall was truly an incredible man; one of the best people I’ve ever met in my life. I met Mr. Hall on our first day at Clarence Farrington school 61. He had an amazing passion for teaching. It’s not hyperbole to say that Mr. Hall left the world a better place than he found it.
Sam, I'm just wanting to say auntie will forever be the proudest auntie on earth, you're always going to live in my heart and soul. I'll not live on losing you, but on 38 years of being blessed with you. I will certainly miss you every moment of every day. Sam I love you so deeply and dearly. Rest well dear heart, our baby, our wonderful nephew, My One and Only SAM....
I’ve never met a person who was so dedicated to children or our community as Mr. Hall. He was beloved to everyone who knew him. I had the pleasure to work on the same team as Antonis for 4 years. I got to watch him grow as an educator, gain confidence, and touch lives of not only 6th graders, but children throughout the entire school. We loved him so much. He will be greatly missed.
Mr. Hall was an amazing man. There was never a day when I didn’t see him smile. His devotion to all kids was remarkable. He changed so many lives. He was a wonderful role model, coach, teacher, friends, and colleague. He had a vision to make our community a better place and he did.
