Condolences
I am saddened to hear Daniel passed. I was his neighbor for many years and I remember moving back home after being gone trying to find myself. He saw me one day in the backyard practicing breathing meditation. We chatted a bit and he gave me some treasured wisdom. Breathe in as though it is your last breath in that moment and take that moment in. I still follow that wisdom today. I miss talking Eastern philosophy with him. Many blessings to Dan's and Catherine's family. I will always remember them and the love they gave to the world.
Daniel was quite possibly one of the kindest people you'd meet. He was a joy to be around at work. He was someone that was always happy, and in turn would make you happy just being in his presence. I didn't find out until yesterday and I'm heartbroken for all of his family and friends. The world needs more people like Daniel.
I'm so truly sorry for your loss!
God's blessings to the family. He was such a gentle, kind soul. He will most certainly be missed in the halls of Methodist.
I loved Dan's sweet disposition and friendly smile. I am so sorry to see this. My condolences to you Kate.
Thoughts and prayers to Daniel's family at this difficult time. I've worked with Daniel the entire 30 years he was at Methodist and he was very well-loved! He was very hard-working and always extremely kind, caring, and polite to all patients and staff as well. Daniel will be greatly missed here at Methodist!
My thoughts and prayers are continuously with you Kate, during this time. May God give you strength and guidance... IU Methodist will never be the same without Dan's humble spirit walking these halls. We all love and support you always
The halls of Methodist will never be the same. In the face of all the change, Dan’s pleasant smile and face was a constant. Prayers and hugs to all who loved him. He made a difference!
Sorry for your loss. Dan was always a professional and gave me comfort knowing my patients were going to be well looked after. I have a vivid memory of dealing with a particularly difficult patient and Dan and I looking at each other and giving each other "the look" and then getting right back to the job at hand. He was extremely dependable and reliable. I will miss seeing him.

You and your family are in my prayers.

Dan worked in the EMTC for many years with us. We were always so glad when 3pm rolled around and Dan would get there. He was always wonderful to work with and was part of our family. He was quiet, polite, and always kind and professional at all times. He taught us about having an outstanding work ethic and to do your best at all times. I learned so very much from him over the years.
May he rest in peace and he will always be remembered in our hearts.
