Obituary of Martin Anton "Teeny" Lambert Jr
Martin A. “Teeny” Lambert Jr., 90, of Brownsburg, IN passed away on September 10, 2016. Teeny was born on May 10, 1926 in West Allis, WI to Martin A. and Anna K. (Kocjan) Lambert, both preceding him in death.
Teeny served proudly and bravely in the U.S. Navy on the USS Seminole in the South Pacific, during WW II. He was a computer programmer and was employed at Allisons (General Motors) for 38 years.
Teeny was a devout Catholic, a lifetime member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. He later joined St. Malachy Catholic Church. Faithfully for over 20 years, Teeny attended weekly Eucharistic adoration at Divine Mercy Chapel. In 2000, after the death of his beloved and devoted wife of 58 years, Mrs. Theresa L. (Bayt) Lambert, Teeny began volunteering his time at St. Michael Catholic School helping the 3rd grade class. He was an avid golfer. He golfed weekly with his sons and grandsons. Teeny was a great golfer and enjoyed the game up until his death. Teeny was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend who will be forever loved and remembered.
Teeny is preceded in death by his parents and wife. He is survived by his children, Marty (Kay) Lambert, Karen (Bob) Zarich, Greg (Christine) Lambert, Joe (Jackie) Lambert, Paul Lambert, Theresa (Greg) Smith, Phil (Tamra) Lambert; grandkids, Nathan, Jonathon, Mark, David, Jennefer, Bud, P.J., Nick, Chris, Carly, Anthony, Josie, Elaine, Lance Martin, Luke; great grandkids, Lacey, Jackson, Evan, Noah, Blaise, Ambrose Martin “Teeny”, Makaelyn, Elijah, Adolph, Cortlynn, Tatum, Peyton, Mayson, Quinnton, Peyton and Victoria.
