Condolences
My condolences to the family. The loss of a loved one is never easy. May our loving God continue to strengthen your family as you remember his Word the Bible says at Acts 24:15 that there is going to be a resurrection. With this hope it is possible for you to see him again. At times such as this, 1 Peter 5:7 says the best Friend a bereaved person could have is our Creator, Jehovah God. We are encouraged to pour out our hearts to him in Prayer because "he cares for you." Moreover, he promises that all who do so will have their thoughts and feelings soothed by "the peace of God that surpasses all understanding." Also, allow God to help you by means of his consoling Word, the Bible. May all the many wonderful memories that Eric your loved one provided comfort you during this most difficult time.
I didn't know Eric personally but I enjoyed watching him play with the Saginaw Sting. It was great seeing someone show so much passion for the sport. Good sportsmanship was something he did not lack. Eric was and always will be a great role model for everyone. Eric and I have been friends on facebook for awhile and I was shocked to see of his passing instead of his normal posts. I am keeping Eric and all of his family and friends in my thoughts and prayers. RIH Eric. Thanks for being such an amazing person.
I met Eric only 1 or 2 times many years ago
He made quite an impression on people.
I offer my thoughts and prayers for Eric as well as his family and friends.
God Bless You
To Family and Friends:
Eric was a very special player and person that blessed me with the opportunity to coach him for two years. I found him to be a unique blend of size and desire that only comes along once in a career. Our brief time together was one of special accomplishments and growth as Eric found his way in school and on the gridiron. I will cherish the time we were together and know that he made Danville a better place by his presence. He will be missed by all who knew him and were fortunate enough to have him in their lives. Rest in Peace my friend.
