Condolences
My condolences to the family. The loss of a loved one is never easy but please be comforted by the reminder that there is going to be a resurrection. Acts 24:15 says there is going to be a resurrection of the righteous and the unrighteous and with this hope, it is possible for you to see her again. Further, Rev. 21:3, 4 talk about a restored paradise where the human family will have the prospect of enjoying life without end, free of sickness, disease and death as we welcome back our dear loved ones. We know that these promises will happen because it is impossible for God to lie. More of God's wonderful promises can be found at www.jw.org. May you find comfort from God's word the bible and may all the many wonderful memories that Dorothy your loved one provided comfort you during this most difficult time.
I am so sad for the Waldron family and your loss. I lost my Mom recently and have found death to leave me with a feeling of helplessness. May I leave you this word of encouragement that has helped me. The Bible says that God hates death; he views it as an enemy. (1 Corinthians 15: 26) He has "a yearning" to conquer that enemy, to undo death by means of the resurrection. He longs to bring back those who are in his memory and to see them live on earth again. -Job 14:14,15. Norris, I know it leaves a giant hole, losing someone after a lifetime together. Yet you still have the wonderful memories and your family. May the best be with you.
Norris and Dorothy were wonderful neighbors to us on Midway. Dorothy once picked up an occupied mouse trap from my kitchen and carried it out to the curb on trash day. I've never forgotten that kind gesture.
I will miss seeing Dorothy on Facebook. I enjoyed the conversations we had about the days when she and my mom were young and she still after all of these years remembered all of my mom's family. I wish I could have spent more time with my grandma Rinani's family, Dorothy gave me that opportunity in the past few years. Such a sweet lady
Larry & I used to sit at the table next to Dorothy, Lydia & Bob out at 8 Second , while dancing, we've slowly lost each one by one. Lydia & Dorothy bought our first grandchild a gift. Such sweet, kind considerate ladies, we've missed them both coming out. Now even more so, as we had kept in touch via Faceback. Greatly missed, not forgotten!!
Our deepest sympathies.
