Condolences
Hi i just wanted to say sorry for your loss. I knew john from baseball at ben davis i am a sophomore.
I am sorry to hear of the loss of your son, brother and friend. He will be greatly missed indeed. When you lose someone very precious, no none else can really know how you feel. But please know that many caring thoughts are with you during this time of sorrow. The God of all comfort is especially with you as well, I encourage you to turn to him in prayer and he will surely sustain you. Once more I am sorry for your loss. Please take care.
I am so sorry for the McGuire Family and your loss; I recently lost my Mom. I have found death to leave me with a feeling of helplessness. May I leave you this word of encouragement that has helped me? The Bible says at 1 Corinthians 15: 26 that God hates death, and shows it to be an enemy. He has "a yearning" to conquer that enemy, to undo death by means of the resurrection. He longs to bring back those who are in his memory and to see them live on earth again. -Job 14:14, 15. My sincere condolences.
Prayers for the family. He is with god now.
Sending thoughts and prayers. God will be keeping his arms around you as you are doing one of the hardest things a mother has to do.
I am so sorry for your loss. I was honored to have watched a bit of his game a few years back, while you guys were in Fishers.
Sorry for your loss.I didn't know him,but to loose a young teen is sad .Praying for all of John's family and friends and the BDHS students and teachers that knew him.
My sincere condolences to the family and friends. May you each draw close to our loving God by reading His word daily and find comfort in the hope He gives us all, that hope of seeing our loved one again in a beautiful new paradise home here on earth made possible through the resurrection of His son Christ Jesus (John 5:28,29).
I'm so sorry for your loss. I did not know John but I have been touched by this story......Many Sympathy's
I am very sorry for your loss. Coach Jeff Castner and I had the oppurtunity to coach John at Chapel Hill 7th and 8th grade Center and he was certainly a pleasure to coach and to be around. He was always there with a great attitude and enthusiasm.
I now live in Florida and will not be able to attend the funeral, but please know that you and your family as well as John are in my thoughts and prayers.
God Bless

Dear friends and family of John McGuire,
I only met John a couple of times but I am glad to have gotten the opportunity to talk to him. He was so full of life and very kind. I wish I could have gotten to know him better during our four years at UIndy. I can't even imagine the pain you all are experiencing. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. ❤️
My heart still breaks over the loss of this wonderful young man. He touched so many lives. And my niece Savannah and he were an amazing couple. To be so young but to find the love of your life is rare, but they had it.
He is now a guardian angel to her and his family.
I was privileged to coach John in travel baseball with the Indy Outlaws. Great baseball player and better young man. Always listened and wanted to be better and had a great sense of humor and and great attitude. Although I wasn't around John much after travel
baseball he will be truly missed. Hard to imagine. Prayers to the family.
My condolences are with you all. Please stay strong through out this time as the lord will get you through this tough time. No one should have to bury there kid, never.
Things happen and I don't know why? John was a great guy. I remember growing up and playing baseball with him on all the little league teams. Playing football in Clint Fink's backyard or swimming there. No matter what we all did John had a smile on his face. He always had jokes to tell.
Once I moved away before HS I lost contact with John & I saw him at MCL this past year a few times and I would talk his ear off. We would catch up on good old times and god what I would give for one more time to just run into John or maybe keeping in touch.
My favorite memory is when he fell at Rock n rollers skating rink. Oh that kid.
Again I miss him, we all do and I can't believe you just go through something in this matter.. I feel awful as my heart is heavy.
God bless and I love you all.
Stay strong.
Corey Clark
I didn't know john, but my birthday is 3 days after is. I was born May 21st, 1997 and it hit home seeing a young person so close to my age be taken out of this world. I have medical problems myself and couldn't even imagine having to bury anyone I love or be buried myself. I did attend Ben Davis with John though. I'm truly sorry for your lose.
On the Saturday night that his precious life was taken up to our Lord, I was driving on Rockville Rd. on my way to listen to my son, Eric sing at a concert in Brownsburg. I don't usually go that way, but that night I did for whatever reason. I happened upon the site where the tragic accident had occurred just a few moments before. As I approached, I knew it must be bad. Another car was behind the wrecked car, and I saw what looked like a young man on a cell phone. I pulled over a few yards up in front of him. I waited in the car, since I am on a walker to see if I might be needed. Within a couple of minutes, help was on the way. There were so very many emergency vehicles that rushed to his aid. He was in very good hands as well as our Lord's. As I was leaving, I prayed. May God watch over you, your family and all who were so Blessed to have known him. I am a 74 year old mother of 6 sons. God is walking with you on this journey as He always has. Roz

On behalf of the Coss family, I am truly sorry for the loss of your son. My son graduated with John and was in shock of the news. May god give you piece during this difficult time and the difficult times you will endure ahead.
My prayers go out to you, your friends and your family. I am so sorry for your loss. John will be missed greatly and he will never be forgotten! I remember meeting John and if there's one thing I can remember most, it was the positive energy he had surrounding him. I could feel it as I was in his presence.
