Obituary of Mildred Davison
Mildred Sue "Milly" Davison, 72, of Indianapolis passed away at home surrounded by family on April 9, 2015.
Mildred (Milly or Meme to loved ones) was born in Swifton, AR and met the love of her life, Donal Davison at age 15. They married in 1958 and moved to Indianapolis the following year to start their family. Milly retired from JC Penney's in 1997 and spent her remaining years enjoying daily talks with her sister, spending time with her granddaughters, visiting casinos, and especially cheering on the Pacers with Don.
Milly was greeted in Heaven by her parents, Trudy and Lena Norris and brothers, Robert Norris.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Donal; sisters, Elda Lowhorn and Wanda Milton; children, Suzy (Dave) Foreman and Barry (Regina) Davison; granddaughters, Amber and Autumn Foreman; step grandchildren, John, Joshua, Jeremy and Jessika Belvins and great grandson, Ethan Foreman.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 13 from 4 pm - 8 pm in Stevens Mortuary, 5520 W. 10th St., Indpls. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 14 at 11 am, also in the mortuary. Entombment will follow in West Ridge Park Cemetery.
