Condolences
Neal was such a wonderful, kind, thoughtful and sincere man who blessed my life for many years. My husband, daughter and I send our most sincere condolences to the family.
Neal and I attended Marian College together. We were members of a group of veterans (I was a Korean veteran) who were furthering our educations after military service. We hung out at school and socialized after school. We were walking down the hall one day and he said, Harry, I am a little afraid I wont make it after I graduate. I said, "Neal, from what I know of you, you will be a success in anything you do." I was right. He was a successful businessman but more importantly, he was a successful, Catholic husband, father, and gentleman.
Uncle Neal will be missed. He and Aunt Gloria were such an inspiration to both of us. They always had a kind word and caring heart. Please accept our heartfelt sympathies for your loss, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time. Love, Eddie and Denise
Neal, I send my condolences from Florida. I remember with fond affection when your father and I drove to Cleveland to visit some of your relatives some 60 years ago. I have fond memories of many days together in the insurance business. I didn't realize your mother had passed, also, so please accept my belated condolences on her passing.
It breaks my heart to lose such a friend and neighbor as Neal. Our family neighborhood will not be the same with both him and Gloria gone. But it is deeply comforting to think of the two of them together again, as they were meant to be! They mentored compassion, caring, volunteerism, determination and happiness each and every day. Whenever I step outside my home, my eyes instantly seek him out at our property line, picking up walnuts and sticks and standing by to say "Hello" or "Have a great day!" Home will never be the same without the Howes next door. Neal, my true friend, you will be enormously missed. Tears and ((Hugs)) Letoya Weinert
