Dear Friends, The Dream is not Dead...but sadly for us all, it has moved to higher ground. May God hold you all in the palm of his mighty Hand. Please believe the dream is alive in the hearts of those who knew Jason and in the lives of his beautiful children and devoted spouse Bridget. May God give peace to us all in this time of deep loss.
I so remember the fun loving little boy that spent many days and nights in our home. Asking questions that I was not sure I should answer. Laughing at funny tricks you use to play. Asking what we were having for supper even though you knew you had to be home at supper time, but still able to taste before you had to go home. The many times before you became friends with Brad that I had to go to your front door and let your Mom know that again you and Melissa had sneaked out of one of the doors and walking towards East St again. How mischievous both of you were. You were always so loving. Always remember to Thank us for anything we did no matter how minor it was. I was glad to again talk to you on Facebook. Too many years gone by with the closeness we had. Love the connection it allowed us to have. I hope you have finally found peace and you will finally be able to rest. Love you, You will forever be in our hearts.
Jason, You were my best friend for many years and I always wondered how you were doing after you moved away. You became a great man and a wonderful father. But you will always be that friend that I played GI Joe's with on your parents front porch while we tried to keep Melissa from taking them. You were always a brother to me. Rest in heaven.
I tried to help you in areas that I'm skilled in. I now see that you needed help in an area that I know nothing about. I wish I could've done more for you when it was needed most. Sorry that I couldn't save you from this. Sorry that work took so much of my time that I couldn't be there. I love you Jason and pray that you will find happiness and new opportunities to grow in the realm beyond this mortality where you are now.
