Obituary of David Judd
David Judd, 62, of Martinsville passed away December 16, 2013. He was born in Indianapolis, IN on March 10, 1951 to Robert E. and Betty L (Clark) Judd, both precede him in death. He is also preceded in death by one son Steven Judd and sister Cynthia Judd. David attended Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana and worked as a Journeyman Millwright for Link Belt and Diamond Chain, retiring in 2012. He proudly served in the US Marine Corps, Specialty-Ordinance. David enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and NASCAR. He also participated in the Miracle Ride benefiting children. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 43 years, Judith (Bland)Judd, son; Drew (Erin Boyd) Judd, grandsons; Cameron and Steven Daniel Judd, sister; Sharon Merchant, brother; Ronnie Judd, aunt; Mildred Hayden, nieces; Michelle Starika and Jennifer Dalton, nephews; Douglas and Gregory Judd, mother-in-law; Barbara Bland and extended families of Judd, Bland and Hayden. The family requests memorial contributions in lieu of flowers be made to American Diabetes Assn, American Cancer Society, Family Promise of Hendricks County c/o www.hendrickscountycf.org (select family promise) Military honors will be conducted in recognition and appreciation of his service in the US Marine Corps.
