Obituary of Thelma Williams
Thelma Maxine Williams, 83 of Indianapolis passed away on July 23, 2013. Thelma was born on March 2, 1930 in Indianapolis to the late Earnest and Mary Elizabeth(Stewart) Morton. In 1978 Thelma was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Manuel Carter Williams. She is also preceded in death by one son, Daniel Lee Williams.
Thelma was a loving mother who cared for and raised six children. She loved to read and was well traveled by way of book. She loved nature, birds and gardening.
Thelma is survived by her daughter Rebecca Ann (Richard) Trombley, sons Timothy Carter (Ruth Ann) Williams, Jeffrey Brian (Terry Yeakle) Williams, Mark Louis Williams and Stephen Bradley Williams, 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be scheduled for a later date.
