Obituary of Frank Urbancic
Frank C. Urbancic Sr., 84 of Indianapolis passed away on July 1, 2013. He was born in Indianapolis, IN on March 28, 1929 to Aloise J. and Anna (Cucek) Urbancic. He is a US Navy veteran having served from 1945 to 1947. In 1950 Frank married his loving wife Norma J. (Totton) Urbancic and together they shared 62 wonderful years. Frank was a Journeyman Electrician and worked for Linkbelt from 1953 until 1972 and then for Allison's Transmission from 1972 until his retirement in 1992 and was a member of Local 933 for over 20 years. He was also a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church in Speedway, IN. He is preceded in death by his parents and great granddaughter Reese A. Urbancic. Frank is survived by his loving wife, Norma and children Frank (Michelle) Urbancic Jr., Sherryl Urbancic Caldwell, John Vincent Urbancic and Louis (Margaret) Urbancic, grandchildren Ryan Cromer, Megan Caldwell, Louis Urbancic Jr., Zachary Urbancic, Kelsie Urbancic, Frank Urbancic III, Arlette Urbancic and Kassandra Urbancic, great grandchildren David Urbancic and Orlando Caldwell, and one brother Louis J. (Linda) Urbancic. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
