Bill was my friend when I was growing up. I always tried to beat him arm-wrestling, he was so strong. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. I know he will be missed. my prayers go out to the Hergel Family. God bless
I join friends and family in repsect for and appreciation of the life and contributions of Mr. Hergel.
i can still see bill washing and waxing his already clean and waxed car, coating it with armor-all,so much you had to wear your seatbelt.cleanest wheels in town.R.I.P. CUZ
One of my fondest memories; Back in the day we used to go out joy riding you know jackin around, doing all the wrong stuff but havin the time of our lives. This one time though someone thought it would be cool(probably Dean) to throw a bottle at another car. Well low an behold this other car starts chasin us, Im like scared... but then I remember who is in the car with me, Wild Bill! I immediately pull over and all of us get out. Fight was on, it didn't last more than a minute. Those other guys split. I think it was mostly Bill that made those guys run that night, I know it wasn't me. One thing for sure, when he was around I never had to worry about my back.
To Sam- sorry to hear about your Dad, he was a good friend ~so if you need anything come by and see the Donut Man at the Rock or stop and say hey anytime.
