Obituary of Joseph Thiesing
Joseph B. Thiesing, 76, of Indianapolis passed away October 15, 2012.
He was employed for 25 years as a printer for C.E. Pauley. He was a loving and devoted grandfather. He loved sports, especially Notre Dame. Joseph enjoyed reading, bowling and golf.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Jerry Thiesing, Jack Thiesing and Jeff Thiesing; sisters, Jean Richardson, Judy Witte, Joyce Thiesing and Jackie Felter.
He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Sharon R. Thiesing; daughters, Lisa (Scott) Greenan, Indnpls, IN and Lori (Jeff) Nielson, Avon, IN; grandchildren, Joseph (Leah) Greenan, Louisville, KY, Nicholas (Brittany) Greenan, Indnpls, IN, Anthony Greenan, Indnpls, IN, Zachary Nielson and Blake Nielson, Avon, IN; great grandson, Andrew Greenan, Louisville, KY; Sister, Joanne Doyle and Brother, Michael Thiesing, Indnpls, IN.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 18 from 4 pm - 8 pm in Stevens Mortuary, 5520 W 10th St., Indpls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, October 19 at 10 am in St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 379 N. Warman Ave., Indpls.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 379 N. Warman Ave., Indpls.
