Obituary of Judith Rosner
Judith E. (Baker) Rosner passed away May 13, 2012. She was born on March 16, 1930 in Indianapolis, IN.
Judy was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church for 40 years. She was also a charter member of the Adoration Chapel at St. Michael's. Judy retired from J.C. Penneys. She was an avid golf player and a beautiful mother and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Earl Baker and Alyce Ferguson and husband, James L Rosner whom she was married to for 60 years; sister, Joy Nickels; brother, Howard Baker; granddaughter, Shelia Rosner; grandson, Gregory Saferight and great granddaughter, Colby Flanary.
She is survived by her children, Mary Ann Flanary-Schenk, James F. (Patricia) Rosner, Michael J. (Trish) Rosner, Robert A. Rosner, Jeanne G. (Gary) Saferight, Judith A. (Ernie) Krebs, Jennifer L. (Jon) Gerard, John C. (Carole) Rosner and Sandra K. Smith; 20 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held today Wednesday, May 16 from 4 pm - 7:30 pm with a rosary at 7:30 pm at Stevens Mortuary, 5520 W 10th St, Indpls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, May 17 at 11:30 am at St. Michael Catholic Church, 3354 W 30th St, Indpls. Entombment will follow at Washington Park North Cemetery.
