Although you are in a better place now than any of us are, we'll miss you Grandma. You were very good to us and Ill always remember how much you LOVED your chocolate and black jelly beans! Love you.

Dear Art and Family We just learned of your loss. Aileen and Marthalyn were childhood friends through our parents, Roy and Martha Lewis and Charles and Mary Skoggan and my aunt and uncle, Harriet and John Deppe. We spent many times together as we grew up. It saddens me that I am unable to be present for Aileen's service. I learned in 1998 that Parkinson would change my way of living. I know your sparkling Irish Eyes are smiling down from heaven on us all. You are LOVED and already missed! It wasn't me who instilled your youngest son's loving, generous spirit. I met him when the deed was done, I just reaped the benefits! Thank you, my Mother-In-Law!

When Mother came to our room To tuck us in at night, Her face would look so gentle In the soft, bedside light. And though we may not always Have behaved our best that day, She'd let us know she loved us In a very special way: An extra fold to the coverlet, A little pat, a hug, And we'd settle down to dreamland Feeling safe and snug. And of all the childhood memories That there have ever been, We love best to recall the times When Mother tucked us in.
