Obituary of Lydia Luckett
Lydia Rinani Luckett, 79, of Speedway passed away August 11, 2011. She was born March 13, 1932.
Lydia retired from Cardinal Ritter High School cafeteria. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. She was involved in the Slovenian National Home, KSKJ, Slovenian Women?s Club, Slovenian Cultural Society, Friends of the Speedway Library and the 500 Festival Committee. She enjoyed traveling with Top Notch Tours.
Lydia is preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert L. Luckett; parents, Marcello and Matilda Rinani; brother, Marcello and sister, Mary.
She is survived by her daughters, Connie Luckett Jones and Nancy Luckett; granddaughter, Jennifer (Andrew) Potter; great grandchildren, Andrew, Emily, Kate and Olivia Potter and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held Monday, August 15 from 4 pm- 8 pm at Stevens Mortuary & Family Center, 5520 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, August 16 at 10am at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 901 North Holmes Ave. www.stevensmortuary.net
