Lester W. Osborn, 52, of Indianapolis, passed away on October 14, 2008. He was born on January 15, 1956. Lester worked as a steam plant operator for Larue D. Carter Memorial Hospital for 11 years. He loved fishing and was a member of Abate of Indiana. Lester was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Osborn and his son, Lester W. Osborn Jr. He is survived by his wife, Mussetta M. (Smith) Osborn; son, Russell Osborn; father, Harold Osborn; sisters, Sandra, Julie, Pam, Chris and Brenda; brother, Paul and granddaughter, Haley. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2008 at noon at Stevens Mortuary, 5520 W 10th St, Indpls, with calling from 10:00 am until time of service. In lieu of flowers, the family specifically requests that contributions be made to the family.
