Obituary of Eloise Claire Browning

Eloise C. Browning of Indianapolis, IN passed away on October 26, 2024. She was 96 years of age. Eloise was born in Indianapolis in the month of February of 1928 to her parents Paul H. and Rosemary F. (Maloy) McGauley.

Eloise is preceded in death by her two husbands, David J. Minton (1965) and Bernard F. Browning (2012); children David, Steve, Jim and John; step-son Nick Browning; siblings Jane (Earl) Enslin, Florence (Tom) Miller, Paul McGauley and John (Margaret) McGauley.

She is survived by her daughter Eve Marie Minton; step-son Don Browning; sister-in-law Marilyn (Paul) McGauley; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 7, 2024, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Stevens Mortuary 5520 W. 10th St. Indianapolis, IN. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM, Friday, November 8, 2024, at St. Michael the Archangel Church 3354 W 30th St, Indianapolis, IN 46222.  Interment to follow in Calvary Cemetery.
