Margie Irene (Gant) Faucett, 84, of Indianapolis passed away on May 5, 2016. She was born on September 29, 1931 in Indianapolis to Brody and Lillian (Hyatt) Gant. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Glenda Clay; brothers, Virgil Grant and Gene Gant; and sister, Betty Gant. Margie was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great- grandmother. She loved spending time and caring for her grandbabies. Margie enjoyed her family and holidays and every year, after year, for Thanksgiving and Christmas, Margie would host the holiday dinners and insisted on doing all of the cooking and preparation for her family. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Mr. Robert R. Faucett; children, Charlie (Sandy) Clay, David (Lien) Clay, Tammy Starnes, Bobby (Penny) Faucett, James Faucett, Kryse (Bob) Manson and Kevin Faucett; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren.
