Carmen Elaine Miller, 71, passed away on February 3, 2017 at her residence in Brazil, Indiana. She was born February 16, 1945 in St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville, Illinois to Betty Lou Bonnette Smith and Oscar L. Daily. She married Thomas L. Miller on August 23, 1983. Carmen was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Cindy Lewis. She will be deeply missed by sons, Jon Paul Nagle (Mary) of Evansville, Indiana, Kevin Cottrell (Brenda) of Brazil, Indiana, Keith Cottrell of Clinton, Indiana and Thomas L. Miller II of Clinton, Indiana; one daughter, Betty Lou Nagle of TN.; grandchildren, Alexas, Christopher, Tommy, Rebecca, Keith II, Jessica, Kylee , Austin, Makayla and Sammatha; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Carol Daily of CA. and Patricia Wallerson of TN. Carmen was raised in Caitlin, IL and graduated from Caitlin High School. She enjoyed archery and euchre, she dearly loved her dogs, Oscar and Doxie.
