Obituary of Barbara Ann Maxwell
Barbara Ann (Doeppers) Maxwell, 68, passed away 8/24/17 from multiple myeloma. She was born in Columbia, Missouri to the late Bob and Nancy Doeppers. Barb graduated from Carmel High School in 1967 where she was in the Madrigals singing group and class treasurer. She studied at Ball State and graduated from Ivy Tech as a radiology technician. She worked for Northwest Radiology for 40 years. She was a member of PEO, Orchard Park Presbyterian Church, and Woodland Country Club.
Preceded in death by husband Allen Maxwell, brother Jim Doeppers, and stepson David Maxwell.
Survived by her daughter Leanne (Daniel Phifer) Maxwell; granddaughters Amelia and Matilda Phifer; sister Sue (Carla Bickers) Doeppers; nieces Alexis (John Mcgaugh) Williams and their son Greyson, and Haley Doeppers; nephew Zach Bickers; stepdaughters Kelly Maxwell, her daughter Tabitha (Jamieson) Prala and their daughters Lucy and Cora, Laura (Bill) Mrozinski and her son Eric (Jennifer) Maxwell and their daughter Kennedy, and Cathy (Bob Owens) Armold; and stepmom Judy Marich Doeppers, her sons Gary (Tiki) Marich and their son Chris and daughter Valerie, Michael (Lucy) Marich and their sons Ryan and Zach. Plus a slew of beloved pets.
Memorial contributions can be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in honor of Lucy and Cora.
