Obituary of Leondis Wyatt
Leondis "Lee" Wyatt 84, Indianapolis, passed away February 19, 2009. Lee was born December 11, 1924. He was a U.S. Navy veteran serving during WWII and retired from the Chrysler Corp. after 46 years. His memberships include the Lions Club, American Legion #497, VFW Speedway #2839, AMVETS, and Bridgeport Masonic Lodge. He loved fishing, traveling, and gardening. Lee is survived by his wife, Marjorie June Wyatt; sons, Mike (Julie) Wyatt and Dan (Laura) Wyatt; five grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and one great-grandchild; sisters, Ann, Kathleen, and Letha; brothers, Varna and Lawrence. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, and son, Ronnie Wyatt. Visitation will be from 4-7:30 p.m., Monday, February 23 in Stevens Mortuary with a Masonic Service at 7:30 p.m. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, February 24 in the mortuary.
