My mother Ryvaughn Huff was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on July 6, 1957 to the union of parents Sylvester J. Huff and Charlotte M. Huff. Ryvaughn was the fourth of nine siblings. She attended Indianapolis Public Schools 56,69,71,73, 83 and Shortridge High School. Lulu was down to earth, straight forward, and straight to the point. With a loving heart she extended her love to all. She had a gift and talent for cooking like no other. The proudest moments of her life were when she became a mother and grandmother, for this she cherished the most. Ryvaughn enjoyed roller skating with her Uncle Rahn Ellis-Young and sisters De-Ivory Huff and Rochelle Hill and was superb at rolling. She enjoyed being a 1st Lieutenant at Franklin Security LLC. Lulu loved her oldies but goodies and cherished her Sunday family gatherings Her three beloved grandchildren referred to her as an old school mal-mal. Lulu Ryvaughn Huff departed this life on Saturday March 10, 2018 at the blessed age of 60 years old. She was preceded in death by both parents, Sylvester J. Huff and Charlotte M. Huff, three siblings, uncles and grandparents. She also leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Shardawn (Dennis E.) McKee and three grandchildren Dennis E. McKee Jr., Devon D. Mckee and Nubian S. D. Mckee, five siblings, aunts, uncles and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and great friends.
