Condolences
To the Colbert family I hope that with your faith, love, and each other that you can find some solace at this difficult time. I am so glad that I got a chance to spend time with Mr. Colbert. I thought he was funny and cute ( sorry Mrs. Colbert). He made me laugh or smile every time I had the pleasure to be around him. He will surely be missed but he will no longer have to suffer. May God bless all of you. Last, Jayna I’m so glad that you married my brother and became the best sister-in-law ever, but also because I got a chance to meet your wonderful dad! Love, Rhonda Ward
Ever since I met Mr. Colbert he always nice, outspoken and made me laugh with the things that he would say. He was the type of person that said exactly what he thought no matter how it may sound to anyone else and had no regrets about it. I'm glad that I got to know Mr. Colbert and have my own memories of him to reflect on. I am glad I got the chance to hear so many stories about him and experience some things first hand. I want to sincerely say that all of you are in my prayers and may God keep you all strong to get through this difficult time. It may be hard to think about but remember that Mr. Colbert is now at peace with no pain or any worries of the world. My deepest and sincerest condolences to the whole family. Johnette and family
Jayna (JJ) & Family, Words are never enough to express the pain & heartache caused by the loss of a loved one. Jayna, I want to thank you for sharing your dad with me through our many conversations. The love you have for him and your family is clearly evident whenever you speak of them. I just want to encourage you all through this time of sorrow that we serve a loving God who promises in John 16:22: 'And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.' My heartfelt condolences and prayers to you all... Sincerely, Denise Brooks and son Jonah

To Jayna Colbert Ward and Family, Jayna, I never got the honor of meeting your dad in person but I met you and your family. I think he must have been an amazing man to produce such a fine group of children. The stories you've told about him and the way he loved you all and your mom are a testament of his life and character. May God bless and keep you all during this time. I know it's hard to image but try to remember that earth has no sorrow heaven can not heal. May peace like a river keep all of you. God Bless The Neals (Janice, Willie, Mackenzie, Joshua and Irma)
