Obituary of Henry Skinner
Henry Charles Skinner worked as a professional umpire and was in his 19th year at Midwest Sports Complex. He worked many Regional, National and World tournaments and received numerous awards of excellence from the National Softball Association. Henry achieved the highest status that a registered umpire can obtain and was able to umpire all levels of organized softball. He is survived by his mother, Helen L. Skinner; brother, Timothy M. Skinner and sisters, Tammi Skinner Bennington and Sherri L. Skinner Purvis. The viewing for Henry will be held at Midwest Sports Complex, 7509 New Augusta Rd, Indpls, 46268, 317-875-8833, from 5-9 pm on Monday, June 1. Donations to help cover the costs will be accepted and appreciated. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 2 at 10 am at Midwest Sports Complex. Burial at Washington Park East Cemetery.
