Condolences
I had a lot of fun golfing with you. I will miss you dearly, but i will hold on to the good times we had. My deepest sympathies for the family this was one great lady.
Vickie, I am so sorry to hear about your mother's passing. It has been too long since we have visited. Much has changed in both of our lives. Send me an e-mail when you can. Love, Beckie
I was so saddened to hear about Geraldine's death. She faced the challenges she was dealt with amazing spirit and determination and I am glad that I got to know her a bit through her time at Clarian West. My prayers to you all as you deal with this great loss.
I am so sorry to hear of Gerry's passing. I always enjoyed playing golf with her at Winding River. She will be missed.
Dear Jan & Family, We are saddened to hear of the loss of our friend, Gerry. We will hold dear the wonderful memories of times shared together-golf league, golf outings & Christmas parties. She was a special lady to us all. We loved our "Raisin". Go with God, Gerry- peace to your friends and family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Beth & Vickie
I will miss Aunt Gerry very much, she was a wonderful lady who taught me many things and I am a better person today because of her.
`The newspaper said that we could send condolences through Stevens Mortuary. I wish to send condolences to the family of Geraldine Long, a wonderful person and a good "golf buddy." She could always beat me, but never boasted about it. I am so sorry for your loss, but also a loss for all who knew her. Sherry Carver
I am so sorry for your loss. Geri was a very sweet and jovial lady. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this very difficult time.
Gerry Long has been "My Hero" for over 30 years. I remember when Jan and her moved in across the street from us in Chapel Hill. They always called me "Little Sallie"...I will never forget that. I will remember Gerry forever and ever. She called alot of people "you little shit" and I was one of them..loved it and will miss it..I'm so sorry Jan, Vicky, Chad and Kerry and the rest of the family...Love, Sal
Gerry, I will miss your smile and you emails. You were such a wonderful soul!
Jan and Family, Please accept my deepest sympathies on the passing of Gerry. I regret I am unable to come in person. Some of my earliest memories are of Gerry babysitting me. I remember her as a very kind woman, and I remember her letting me play with Jan's (at least I think they were Jan's) Tinkertoys. I also appreciated seeing her and Jan at some of the major events in my life over the years. May God give you comfort as you mourn the loss of Gerry. Sincerely, Tim Thomas
Jan, I remember the last time I saw you and Gerry. It was at Tim's Wedding reception I had at my condo in late 1988 or early 1989. They were married in Honduras 8/1988 and came home late 1988, that why I don't remember if I had the reception in 1988 or 1989. Jerry used to babysit Tim. I remember Gerry as always nice, friendly, and a great smile. Sorry for your loss.
