James E. Otto 28, of Indianapolis passed away on December 14, 2010. He was born on January 16, 1982. He was preceded in death by his father, James B. Otto and grandparents, John Kestler and Katie Otto. James attended Vincennes University and IUPUI. He is survived by his mother, Lee Kestler Otto; brothers, John and Justin Otto; grandparents, Al Otto and Mary Ann Kestler; several aunts, uncles and cousins and a special friend Chelsie Arnold. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on December 17, 2010 at Stevens Mortuary & Family Center, 5520 W. 10th St. Indpls. The funeral will be held at 11:30 a.m. on December 18, 2010 at St. Stephen Bulgarian Orthodox Church, 1435 North Medford Avenue, Indpls with a half hour of visitation prior. www.stevensmortuary.net
