Obituary of Craig McCoy
Craig Anthony McCray, 34, of Indianapolis passed away on June 2, 2023. He was born in Indianapolis to Mikki Burns on June 30, 1988. Craig was a hard worker; he worked with his company Covance for 8 years. He was always willing to help anyone. Craig was so proud of his new home that he just bought. He loved working outside, going to games with the kids and playing outside with his nephew. He played video games all over the world. Craig would give his shirt off of his back for you. His big smile, warm hugs, funny voices will be missed but live on through us. Remember it’s not goodbye but till I see you again my boy. Craig was preceded in death by his aunt, Ellen DeCordova. He is survived by his mother, Mikki (David) Burns; sister and brother-in-law, Stevielee and Matthew Blackmond; nephew, Hudson Blackmond; grandmother and step grandfather, Jackie and Bob Updike; uncles, Izzy Gillespie, Robby Cook and Mike (Sylvia); aunts, Bobby Jo Cook, Donna (Robert) and Susan (Emery) Jones; and cousins, Phoenix Gillespie Thrasher and Cody Gillespie.
