Condolences
My deep sympathy to Bud (Bob) and Eleanore’s entire family. You are blessed with a big and beautiful one. News of Ellie’s passing kindled fond memories of Avalon where it all began, I believe, for all of us, including the tanning. Eleanore, bright and lovely, may you Rest In Peace. With loving kindness, Gene Ramsbottom
We are so saddened to hear of Ellie's passing. We have been neighbors for many years and she has always been so friendly and kind to us, our family and friends. Praying for peace for her family
Mrs. Quigley has been a staple in my life for many, many years! She was always ready to offer up prayers. We now all have an Angel in heaven with a direct line!
I met Ellie 10 years ago at Von Maur what as blessing it was to have known her. I will miss you dearly. Rest In Peace my friend. We will meet again! love you
Sending heartfelt condolences to Ellie’s family and friends. So very saddened to know that she is no longer with us. I treasure the memories and fun times we shared as co-workers on 2nd floor of Von Maur in the Greenwood Mall. We shared rides to and from the Mall, as we both lived on the west side of Indianapolis. Ellie was a delightful friend. I will miss our conversations. Thankful that she left such a wonderful legacy for her precious family. May God’s Peace and Comfort be with each of you.
I worked with Ellie for a few years in the children's departament . We had a lot of good times. I was the boss at the time , but everyone including the customers knew who the boss really was lol. (ELLIE) she wasn't afraid tell tell anyone when somethong needed to be done. Let's get this gob done rightand make the customer happy and that she did she was a tresure for sure for the von maur family .
I am the dept manager of Childrens at the Castleton Von Maur. Working with Ellie over the years has been a blessing and she will be sorely missed.
Mrs. Quigley has been a delightful neighbor for many, many years. We watched over each other. She was always supportive during life's challenging times and joyous occasions. I will remember her most by our light-hearted conversations when walking our dogs. Our little street will never be the same.
