Kenneth K. Nelson 74, of Speedway, passed away on July 30, 2010. He was born on June 5, 1936. He worked for the Indiana University Dental School for 38 years as the head of Dental Instruments and retired in 1999. He was a member of the New Harmony Baptist Church. He has 2 sons, Andrew (Shirley) Nelson and Galen Nelson; 5 brothers, Charles Jr., George, Pete, Thomas and David Nelson; and 4 grandchildren. Visitation will be held August 4, 2010 from 4-8 p.m. and a funeral service at 1 p.m. on August 5, 2010 at Stevens Mortuary & Family Center.
