Ina K. Thomas 68, went to meet the Lord on October 13, 2010. She was born November 14, 1941. She grew up in Indianapolis, graduating from Ben Davis High School in 1959. She then moved to Boone County, where she lived her life. She worked for Kraft Foods, before retiring to become a loving mother and homemaker. She will be greatly missed by family and friends alike. Preceding her in death is her husband of 38 years, Galen G. Thomas; daughter, Gail (Thomas) Smoot; sister, Lois (Atwell) Bruce; and brothers, Bob and Kenny Atwell. Survivors include son, Richard (Pam) Thomas, Jeff (Paula) Thomas, Tom (Kelly) Thomas, John Kepler; daughter, Marilyn Thomas; brothers, Larry, Billy, Ronnie, Sonny and Monty Atwell. Funeral services will be held at Stevens Mortuary & Family Center, 5520 W 10th St, Indpls, on Saturday, October 16 at 1:30 p.m., with visitation there beginning at Noon. www.stevensmortuary.net
