Obituary of Robert Beasley

Robert Alfred "Bob" Beasley

Indianapolis-Robert A. Beasley of Bedford passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2018.

Born on October 1, 1937, in Linton, IN, he was the son of Ray and Ruth (Custer) Beasley.  He was a 1955 graduate of George Washington High School and was a retired draftsman and engineer for General Motors who enjoyed flying his 1946 Ercoupe, traveling with his wife and studying history.  

Bob married Lillie May (Watz) on April 17, 1971 and they were married for 43 years before her death.  He was also preceded in death by his parents and his brother William (Cyndy).  He is survived by two sons, Michael and Ray; daughter Melissa; five grandchildren, Ethan, Rachel and Isabella Duhn, and Ashley and Austin Ehase; brother John (Margaret) and beloved nieces and nephews.
