Obituary of Harold Glen Fulton
Harold Glen Fulton, 94, of Indianapolis passed away Monday, February 19, 2018. He was born February 5, 1924 to Forrest Glen Fulton and Edna Esther Fulton (Parker) and grew up in the Haughville area of Indianapolis. He graduated from Washington High School in Indianapolis and attended Butler University studying pre-law. Prior to college Harold served his country during the end of World War II as a pilot, flight officer, and instructor in the Army Air Corps. He was employed at Allison Transmission as a sales and contract administrator retiring in 1979. Harold had two loves in his life—his family and golf. One of his favorite golf achievements was shooting a 69 at the 2001 South Shore Club Championship when he was 77 years old. Harold was a member of Post Road Christian Church in Indianapolis and a member of Northwest Masonic Lodge #770.
Preceded in death by his first wife, Norma Jean Fulton (Rice) and his second wife, Marjorie Ann Fulton (Lemon). Survived by daughters; Dee (Jay) Ludlow of Plainfield, IN, Paula (George) Dearringer of Zionsville, IN, and Nan (Joe) Gill, Greenfield, IN; sons; Matthew (Joni) Fulton of Warrensburg, OH, Don Seller of Chesterton, IN, and Jeffrey (Linda) Seller of Hilliard, OH; 12 grandchildren, Chris (Courtney) Ludlow of Brownsburg, IN, Bryan Gill of Indianapolis, IN, Jeremy (Melanie) Dearringer of Westfield, IN, Katie (Jeff) Ball of Brownsburg, IN, Courtney (Josh) Hogan of Zionsville, IN, Jessica (Tim) Hunt of Jamestown, IN, Jeffrey (Stephanie) Seller of Hilliard, OH, Amy (Brian) Panzik of Monroeville, PA, Jacob (Krista) Seller of Indianapolis, IN, Christopher Seller of St. Petersburg, FL, Patrick Seller of Chesterton, IN, and Ryan Seller of Chesterton, IN; 17 great-grandchildren, and sister, Shirley Turk of Speedway, IN.
The Reverend Michael Bratten will conduct a memorial service on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Stevens Mortuary, 5520 West Tenth Street, Indianapolis, IN where the family will receive friends from 11AM until service time. Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery in Indianapolis, IN. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
