Condolences
Hello,
I just found out about Chuck today 06/02/2018. I am so sorry. I went to school with Chuck in Herscher and grew up with him in Bonfield. We used to ride motorcycles at my grandparents place with the Banisters. We would also go to his parents house and play pool, and Risk and a game he made up called Caboose on his huge train set. Where the object was to take out the other guy's caboose. I saw the train set in one of the pictures, so I'm guessing you have heard of it.
I've just recently been able to find some lost friends on Facebook and am so sorry to hear about him. He was one of my best friends growing up and I was looking forward to talking with him again. It's funny to find out that he was an A&P too. This all comes as a total shock to me and I will forever miss him.
With my deepest love and sympathy
Mitsu
I worked with Chuck is Indy at the IMC and also we worked together at ORD. Great guy, knowledgeable, everyone knew him. we bumped into each other at mass at saint Chris's every now and then. RIP my friend.
May you Rest In Peace
In our thoughts and prayers to all the families
Our condolences to Chucks family. He will be in our thoughts and prayers.
Our prayers and condolences for the entire family. The Memorial Video shows what
a blessing Chuck was to all of you. May God comfort and strengthen and give you peace.
(For those who don't know us--we were brother-in-law and sister-in-law to Chuck's Uncle Elmer.)
I graduated with Chuck from high school. I think his obit says it all about him. RIP
First met Chuck when I started at United back in 1986. Worked together in Dock 5 on midnight shift 727 overhaul DHL.
Our paths crossed countless times over the next 31 years including working at the IMC, AAR, IDM and ORD.
Chuck always found a moment to catch up so we could share some war stories about our lives and bring each other back up to speed on the whereabouts of mutual friends. I could count on his smile and his superior wit to permeate the conversation.
I am a better person having known him.
Sincerest condolences,
Jeff Morris
Dear Barb, Robbie, and Steven,
We are so saddened by Chuck's death. What a wonderful man, husband, and father! You have all been so blessed--the pictures in the video capture the qualities of such a beautiful human being. We will all miss him. You know that we are always here for each of you. Much love, The Ostings
Chuck was one of the first people I worked with when I started 3 years ago at United. A great man, with a great soul. I'll miss him.
Barb, Robbie,and Steven,
My heart aches for each of you. Take comfort in the truths of our faith. I am out of state so will not be able to attend. Know my thoughts and prayers are with you. Chuck ..husband and father.. was a fine man . I was privrledged to know him as were so many. You were blessed and will continue to be by his great love for each of you.

You are in our thoughts and prayers. We are friends of Carolyn and Chuck, Sr. We lived within a mile of them through the high school years, our children attending school with Chuck and Christine. There is very little anyone can say or do to ease the loss of one who meant so very much to you, just know that there is nothing God can't handle if you put your trust in Him.
Barb, Steven & Robbie,
We are so sorry to learn of the passing of Chuck. Our memory of Chuck is always having a big smile and nice thing to say. He was a great neighbor and he will be missed. May our Lord comfort you and your loved ones through this time of grieving and always.
With Love,
Steve & Julie Collier
