Steve & Terri Qualitza
I was so sorry to read of Dick's passing. Thankfully we know he is with his Savior in heaven and feeling no pain. It always brought a smile to my face to remember Dick because he was such a nice person. May God's peace that passes all understanding be with all the family at this time.
We were very sorry to hear about the death of Dick. He was always so kind to Steve who died on Sept 8th. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.
Dickey "T" you'll be missed, You were a good friend! Your memory and quotes will carry on.
I am so sorry to hear about the death of your loved one, praying for your family
I am really sorry to hear about Dick's passing. I graduated from Speedway in 64, and was a member of St. Christophers Church for many years, and knew Duck through both school and CYO functions. Know that I will keep all of Dick's family in my prayers. May Christ's peace be with you during this time, and always.

Randy and I loved Dick and we are so sorry for your loss. The world will be missing a great man and friend. Randy called him the bread man for years. There will many charities that will certainly miss him.
I will always remember "Life is Good".
We’re remembering Dick, feeling sad for our loss of this sweet-souled nephew we saw grow to be a kind and generous man. Our thoughts and prayers are with Kathy and all his loving family. So sorry we can’t be there with you.

Sorry we were not able to attend his services due to vacation in Florida. I am glad I got to see him & visit with him at the reunion. I'll always cherish his words "until we meet again".
Our thoughts & prayers are with all of you at this difficult time.
Hugs to all,
Brenda & Jim
Dick was a fellow classmate of mine at Speedway High
School . He was very smart . He was truly one of the good guys . I was always fascinated because his thumb was double jointed ! I will always remember him as a friend
who never failed to make me smile . To Kathy and all of the family you are in my thoughts and prayers . May you find
peace and comfort in your memories in the days ahead .
Dick and I were fellow Sparkplugs and Regents (if anyone remembers the Regents). We began playing games (primarily poker) in his basement and continued to follow his lead most of our high school careers. He was a great person - one who you could count on to make you laugh and also to make you shake your head in amazement. He was unafraid and a man's man, and that was what made him unforgettable. You and yours had him for a lifetime, but we Plugs had him for a while. His life and the great times we had together will live forever in my mind.

Dick will be missed by many, he did so much for many years for many people.
I just spoke to Dick a couple weeks ago in church. It's hard to think of not seeing him on Saturday nights at church. He was in my sister Linda's class at St. Christopher, and I was in his sister Sheryl's class. And we all went to Speedway High School. Lots of good memories. The family is in my thoughts and prayers.
So sorry to hear of his passing .. my father , Bob Boswell , often spoke about Thomson , as he called him . They worked together and my dad also attended the American Legion .. he considered him a good friend ..my deepest sympathy to all his family .
My deepest sympathy to Jill Newnum the Thomson family. My heart and prayers are with you all.
Please feel our deepest sympathies and condolences to your entire family. We have lost a long time friend and classmate.

I grew up with Dick - he lived on Winton and I lived on Allison. We attended St. Christopher elementary school and Speedway High School together. He was always such a kind person. In later years while I worked at St. Christopher we worked together through the St. Vincent de Paul food pantry. Dick always had a minute to visit and a smile. He was devoted to Kathy, his mom and his sisters. I hope they celebrate his life with wonderful memories. He will be missed. RIP old friend.
I only knew Dick for about a year as I moved to Speedway in our Senior Yr. and joined the Navy shortly after Graduation. We did have several good and very notable times together though. I wish now that I had looked him up when I visited Speedway to see Mom and Dad. Last I remember seeing him was when we worked at the track together 1965. May he RIP.
Your family is in my prayers.
Anne Marie
