Obituary of Everett Ray Ball
Everett Ray Ball, 96, of Indianapolis passed away on July 10, 2017. Everett was born on March 6, 1921 in Corbin, KY to Ira and Anna May Ball. Everett was an avid square and round dancer for over 50 years. He retired from Indianapolis Power and Light in 1983. One of the hobbies he enjoyed was feeding the birds and squirrels in his backyard. Everett was a devoted husband for over 60 years, he loved his family and will be sorely missed by many.
Everett is preceded his parents; his loving and devoted wife of 61 years, Bertha May Ball in 2008. He is survived by his sons, Daniel Lee (Kandy) Ball, Fredrick Melvin (Inez) Ball and Charles Everett Ball; daughter, Janice Ann Self; grandchildren, Debbie Waddell, Danielle Walters, David Ball, Darin Ball, Susan Hood, Patrick Ball, Paul Darr, Angelia Pilkington, Mendie Self and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Heart to Heart Hospice or the Speedway United Methodist Church, 5065 W. 16th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46222
