Obituary of Beatrice P. Klotzbier
Beatrice “Bea” Klotzbier, 97, of Avon passed on July 7, 2017. Bea was born on September 22, 2017 in Cupertino, CA to John and Catherine (Focha) Freitas. Bea worked for Southern Pacific Railroad, Linkbelt, she worked the Polls at most elections and also earned her Librarian Certificate. Her most favorite job was caring for her family, especially all of her grandchildren. Bea enjoyed canning, sewing and gardening. She was a founding member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church and at one time a Girl Scout Leader. She loved traveling and loved going to the Casino. Bea enjoyed attending all of the sporting events of her grandchildren, she even coached Matthew to his 1st wrestling championship for CYO. She will be sorely missed by many.
Bea is preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband of 67 years, Ralph B. Klotzbier in 2012. She is survived by her son, Richard (Deb) Klotzbier; daughters, Kathleen (Dennis) Tucker and Martha (Bob) Freije; granddaughters, Jennifer (James) Graham and Elizabeth (Sean) Ryan; grandsons, Christopher (Christina) Tucker, Robert (Kelly) Freije, Matthew (Brandi) Freije and Nicholas (Robin) Klotzbier; great grandchildren, Katherine Klotzbier, Chelsea Klotzbier, Cynthia Klotzbier, Emily Klotzbier, Matthew (Liz) Speedy, Lisa Ryan, Kayla Graham, Alex Graham, Carrie Tucker, Cora Tucker, Colton Tucker, Vivian Freije, Avery Freije, Laila Freije, Camden Freije, Victoria Freije, Virginia Freije and Veronica Freije; great great grandson, Matthew Speedy Jr.
