Gordon “Ben” Axline, 87, of Indianapolis passed away on February 23, 2017. Gordon was born in Detroit, Michigan on June 6, 1929 to Gordon and Lillian Axline. He will be greatly missed by family and friends. Gordon is preceded in death by his parents and his loving wife of 61 years, Violet Axline. He is survived by daughter Nancy (Arthur) Mernone; son, John D. Axline; and Grandson, Benjamin Rains.
