Condolences
Kathy and I worked in Recovery room at Riley. She always had a smile and sweet disposition. She loved her Riley kids. She will be missed. My deepest condolences to her husband and children.
As someone who was lucky enough to play music for the Casey's house concerts, I can say wholeheartedly that Kathy was a wonderful host and a beautiful spirit that filled the musical evenings warmth and hospitality. She will be greatly missed.

I'm speechless and deeply saddened but know that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Cathy was a very giving, kind and caring person and will greatly be missed.
Oh KC! I will miss you terribly. You and I had so many good laughs and throughly enjoyed our Starbucks from Bucky's delivery service. To John, Michael and Kyle, please know how much your wife and mother will be missed. She was a hard worker and loving nurse to the families and especially the babies in our unit. We will never forget her!
Beautifully written. Beautiful lady. So true.
I am honored to know her.
Peace, ease, comfort and Love to you John and all that love Kathy.
Kathy had a sweet and soft voice. She could make anyone comfortable and so at ease. Being a nurse was just what she was meant to be. The little time I got to be around Kathy, I just loved my cousin more. Her mom raised her good.
My #1 Anne MeMo will be missed so much. I gained another guardian angel and will treasure her memories forever.
John, Kevin and I want you to know you are in our thoughts and prayers every day and we send our deepest most heartfelt condolences to you and your family. I could tell Kathy was a kind and caring soul with such a giving heart and it was wonderful seeing you two perform together on Wednesday nights. If you ever want a friend to talk to or for any reason, please message me anytime!
Sending hugs of comfort,
Roxanne and Kevin Smith
A heart stirring and wonderful video capturing a woman with a blessed life and loved by so many while here on this earth...until you join your family and friends again, Kathy - may the spirit of the white light of the holy spirit guide you and protect those you love. You will be missed by so many...until we all join you at our appointed time in our future home together. Cheers; may the wine flow in memory of you!
Kathy was a sweet, gentle, caring lady who I respected greatly. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and daughter who was always there to help, and love. A wonderful person who will be missed by all who knew her.
God Bless you Kathy, John, Michael and Jim as you say goodbye to her. She was an angel on earth and you know she will have a special place in Heaven.
My deepest Condolences and prayers

, Kindly Robin Dussinger called me to inform me of Kathy's passing. Kathy and I worked for Dr.Mitchelson at Meridian Ophthalmology on 10th Street. After she received her nursing degree we would see each other at IU West and she was a patient of ours at Whitson Vision.
I am very saddened to learn of her passing and apologize that I will be unable to visit my dear friend at her services as we winter in Florida. I was unaware of any medical issue of hers.
Please accept my sincere condolences. I send your entire family love and strength. Kathy was always full of love and I can see her smile and hear her laughter now. She was a very kind hearted, compassionate individual.

John, you and your family are in our thoughts. Kathy will be missed.
Bob & I really want to let you and Kyle know that we are thinking of the two of you and that you are in our hearts and in our thoughts. Every time Bob talked to Kathryn he would said that she was just a sweet lady and he held her in high appreciation. You now have an Angel watching over you and Kyle
With sincere sympathy to you and your family. Caring thoughts are with you in this time of Sorrow. May the happiness you all shared be warmly remembered and may those memories help to ease the pain of your loss.
I am so saddened that I will not have the pleasure of working with and being in the presence of Kathy on this earth, however I delight in the fact that she is in God's kingdom and one day we will reunite. My deepest sympathy to her family and friends.
